Supporting children, young people and adults with Autism, ADHD and Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder
Daisy Chain provides a range of support services to autistic children, young people and adults, either with a diagnosis or who are undergoing the diagnostic process. Working in conjunction with Local Authorities and the Tees Valley NHS Trust, the Daisy Chain project is offering weekly drop in services and training support for families across the Tees Valley.
